Complete Building Refurbishment
Are you planning a major renovation project?
We carry out refurbishment projects that require a building permit and a new Energy Performance Certificate.
This may include partial demolition work involving both the structural elements and the finishing trades. Once the structure has been exposed, it can then be modified and reinforced.
Once the restructuring work is complete, the building must be made watertight and weather-tight. The finishing trades can then be carried out, including insulation, partitioning, electrical work, plumbing, ventilation, tiling and painting.
We provide a complete service, from carrying out the works when plans have already been prepared to managing the entire project, working with our partner architects.
